 | | | |  | Alan Boss and Helene Boss, veteran operators of Manhattan vintage-goods flea markets have listed their 1850s townhouse on East 19th Street in the Gramercy Park area for $11.5 million. 
Architect Adam Kushner opened his longtime home at 10 Minetta Lane, a 1929 townhouse he spent a decade transforming with custom woodwork, nine fireplaces, a rooftop kitchen, and an 83-foot climbing wall, for one final Open House New York tour before selling.
New condo construction on the Upper West Side has slowed sharply, with only a small number of new units expected through 2028 compared to previous years, due to limited available land, stricter regulations, and landmark protections that make new development more difficult.
