In a crazy year with more than its share of ups and downs, I’m thankful for having enjoyed the ups while weathering the downs. And for those of you like me, unable to share Christmas with loved ones this weekend, some encouraging words from Dr. Seuss…
And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling How could it be so?
It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags.
And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before.
What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store? What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more?
My warmest thoughts to you and your family this holiday season. Wishing you peace, love, health, and happiness in the New Year.
And, to those of you that may be celebrating this weekend, have a very,
Merry Christmas.
