Welcome to February!

The market definitely picked up in January.  Supply is still historically tight, but better than it's been in recent months.  Lower rates have helped demand and open house traffic is encouraging.  Many properties that had been sitting on the market are now gone.  More listings are moving quickly with multiple offers after the first open house.  It's still early, but buckle your seatbelts!

In this month's update I've included some research, articles & various activities I hope you'll find of interest. Click the images below for more details.

Have a great month and feel free to contact me at any time with questions or for real estate assistance.

All the Best,
Steve

Mixology
I was skiing and hiking in the Adirondacks with friends last week.  We ended up at a great bar by Lake George called The Gem.  Excellent drinks, good food and a nice vibe.  While I'm sure it's a bit off the radar for most of you, it turns out the owners have a place in Long Island City called Dutch Kills.  I haven't been yet, but it's next on my list!
