NYC Remains World’s Top Super-Luxury Residential Market
  • NYC came out on top again with the most super-prime ($10+ million) and ultra-prime ($25+ million) sales combined in 2022. London came in a close second followed by Los Angeles.
  • Closer to home, the most expensive neighborhoods were ranked by The Real Deal with Nolita taking the top spot followed by Time Square North and Tribeca in Manhattan.
  • The luxury market appears to be gaining momentum after surpassing more than 30 contracts signed last week—only the second time this year.
While the numbers reported by both Knight Frank and The Real Deal are reflective of 2022 activity, they still speak to how the luxury market continues to thrive. New construction and sales of luxury residential towers haven't slowed down. Click on the link below to learn more about how other cities around the globe and within the NYC boroughs ranked.
